Refund Policy

**Eligibility for Refunds**
We offer refunds for products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from their description. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.

**Refund Time Frame**
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

**Return Process**

**Return Shipping Costs**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Refund Processing Time**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

**Non-Refundable Items**
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale items

**Delayed or Missing Refunds**
